Hi, my name is Alia, I’m 21, soon to be 22. I’m actually lucky because it stitched up nicely; I didn’t have no infection on it. Obviously, they always tell you to keep it clean, always try to obviously not do too much effort otherwise you’ll just burst and stuff like that, which is quite horrible. Try to keep it dry and always try not to do too much, just try and relax and stuff like that and yeah, you’ll heal quickly.

I think I got proper healed, I think when she was about six months and up until today I still get pains, so it’s quite hard you not being able to do any exercises, you not being able to lift up stuff. Obviously, we like to keep our figure, not be able to use the waist trainers stuff like that but other than that. I think you just need to basically whenever you need help, just ask for help. If you need someone to look after your child while you have, while you’re actually in your recovery.
