On hot and sunny days, it’s even more important to make sure that your baby has plenty of fluids, keeping your baby hydrated during the hot weather.
If your baby is bottle fed.
If your baby is under six months, your baby should be given cooled boiled water or for babies over six months just water from the tap.
If your baby is breastfed.
Fully breastfed babies don’t need any extra water until they start eating solid food.
