We asked young mum, Rachel, ‘Has becoming a mum changed what you want to achieve?’ Here’s what she said!
I have a 3 year old daughter called Jessie-Mae and I got pregnant at 16 and had her at 17.
When I was pregnant, I was still going to school till I was eight and a half months, had my year off, went back to college for two years, now I’m in Uni.
Becoming a mum just made me believe that I can get where I wanna get.
Literally, wherever you wanna go, you can get there. That’s what I believe.
I think it’s easier if you have a goal, go for that goal.
If you don’t have a goal, then you need to be able to find yourself first before you’re able to do anything else.
That’s what I believe.
